After you sign up for our services, a ProScoop team member will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the process step by step.

We use advanced software to streamline billing, scheduling, and customer communication. Once your portal is set up, you’ll receive updates, including arrival windows and an email once the job is done, for a seamless experience.

Billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card for a hassle-free experience. Once auto-pay is activated, ProScoop will generate your invoice and send a receipt via email, with all records available in your customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused and removed from the schedule.
